After attending Massachusetts College of Art, Carrie went on to pursue a career in horticulture working for several years as a garden designer in the Bay Area of California until her children were born. While keeping busy as a stay at home mom, she created Sugar Peas Diapers, planning on making enough diapers for her own children and selling a few online. Because of Carrie's talent for making things beautiful and functional, the 'hobby' business sold $80K worth of diapers its second year: she eventually sold the business to a Canadian company with experience in children’s apparel production.

Returning to her lifelong love of all things culinary, she worked for several years as a self taught Chef at Red Rock Cafe in Mansfield and then at Monet's Table. When Monet's Table closed, Carrie decided it was time for another chance at business ownership and opened Zest in February of 2009.

Michelle has 12 years of experience with Monet's Table alone including customer service, cooking and both onsite and offsite catering. Zest was thrilled that Michelle and the rest of the staff stayed on to insure Zest's success. With experience in corporate catering and private chef services, she is another self taught cook with a passion for food and a knack for party planning. Michelle is always there to make sure your special event at Zest goes perfectly and that every detail is attended to.
